2) Now you need to get to know your ideal customer.
Once you and your ideal customer are connected you need to learn a little more about them, and their buying preferences and habits.
You need to know things like:
what they buy,
why they chose their current supplier,
what they like about them,
how often they buy from them,
who they deal with within that organisation, and
what they like about that particular business relationship. Then you need to make sure your ideal customer knows
where you can contacted, and
who the best person is in your organisation to look after their needs. Make the introduction personally or by email if necessary.
Then be ready to stand and deliver!
Get to know your customer, give your customer what he or she wants, and you’ll have a happy customer who passionately spread the word about your great product or service.
